Return Eligibility

At SwanDiveSupply, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible items within 30 days of receipt. To qualify for a return, items must:

  • Be in their original condition, unworn and unwashed.
  • Include all original tags and packaging.

Process for Initiating Returns

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Email our customer service team at support@swandivesupply.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  • Wait for a return authorization from our team.
  • Carefully package the item(s) and include your order number inside the package.
  • Ship the package back to the address provided in the return authorization.

Refund Methods and Processing Time

Refunds will be processed using the same payment method used for the original purchase. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to reflect in your account after we receive your returned items.

Special Cases

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or refund based on your preference. Photos of the damaged or incorrect item may be requested to expedite the process.

Exceptions to the Policy

Some items are non-returnable, including:

  • Customized or personalized items that were made per your specifications.
  • Sale items marked as final sale.
